The Tonsley Innovation District is a 61-hectare site located 10km south of Adelaide that has been reimagined as a premier high-value multi use manufacturing and education location. As the owner and operator of Tonsley’s energy and water infrastructure, CleanPeak delivers sustainable solutions to a variety of tenancies in this mixed-use development.
With our 5 MW rooftop solar installation, 3.5 MWh battery under construction, extensive network of high and low voltage electricity, gas distribution and connection system and non-drinking water, we provide the essential services needed across the precinct. We have also incorporated clean fuels in this precinct by developing a solar garage in which we draw energy from the onsite solay system and use it for Electric Vehicle charging.
