Founder & CEO

Philip worked in investment banking for more than 25 years working with Merrill Lynch, ABN Amro and Citi. During his career he completed over $50 billion of financing and M&A transactions in the Power, Energy & Infrastructure Sector both in the US, Asia and Australia.

Founder & COO

Jon has worked in energy markets for 30 years. Before founding CleanPeak Jon was the Group General Manager Corporate Transactions & Strategy for Origin. Jon was responsible for building Origin’s strategy in energy markets, renewables, & clean technology.
