In order to deploy renewable solutions at scale we established the CleanPeak Energy Renewable Investment Trust (CPERI), a joint venture between CleanPeak Energy (CPE) and Igneo Infrastructure Partners. CPERI was seeded with an equity commitment from Igneo & supplemented by fully committed debt facilities led by ANZ, CBA & OCBC.

CPERI has already deployed significant capital and continues to deliver on budget returns for our investors. CPERI currently holds, or has committed to around $400m of project assets.
CleanPeak Energy manages all aspects of the Trusts’ operational and project delivery arrangements and is committed to managing and operating CPERI’s investments for a minimum period of 10 years.
