Sustainability Efforts

With a focus on efficiency and sustainability, we are providing electricity and thermal services to 23,000 office workers, 1,600 residents, 80 restaurants, and the Crown Casino complex across 380,000 sqm of space. Our tailored solution for this precinct includes a 1 MW rooftop solar installation, 52 MWt of cooling and 7 MWt of heating capacity, along with our Embedded Network which connects to Ausgrid’s largest High Voltage Triplex connection, ensuring ultra high reliability for the delivery of the energy across the precinct’s diverse tenancies.
